Her legal recruitment journey began in-house at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as Lead Sourcing Specialist for both business services and the paralegal space across the UK offices (Manchester and London).Antonnia was then presented with a new opportunity by a leading ALSP (alternative legal services provider) in which she serviced both the US and London offices before being promoted to Manager of International Recruitment to APAC and Europe. In this position, Antonnia managed the recruitment for business teams on an international and highly consultative basis, whilst also, strategically sourcing top legal talent using a variety of tools and methods.
