David is one of the founders of Carlyle Kingswood Global and has been in the legal recruitment and executive search industry since 2001. David first visited Asia with his family in 1993 and returned regularly until deciding to relocate to the region permanently.

Our team has also moved hundreds of associates/in-house counsels across multiple areas of law and geographical locations.

David’s track record includes moving entire law firm divisions/ practice areas, moving managing partners, setting up offices for international law firms in Asia as well as recruiting Head of Legal/General Counsel/ Country & Asia heads for in-house clients.
