​Elaine has over 13 years of legal recruitment experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, London and PRC. She is a member of our Global Private Practice team based in Hong Kong and Singapore. She brings with her an extensive network across private practice and in-house and is able to offer a truly international perspective on recruitment having worked internationally.

Since 2009, Elaine has recruited lawyers for both private practice and in-house and successfully placed Associates and Partners into international law firms, MNCs, global/regional alternative investment funds and fintech startups in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, she has also helped Chinese/Asian law firms/ multinationals expand their legal teams in London and the wider European region.

Elaine prides herself on her knowledge based and creative approach, she is especially experienced in helping law firms and companies build teams and fill challenging roles in the region. Her in-depth market knowledge and extensive networks across private practice and in-house have allowed her to comprehensively understand clients’ and candidates’ true needs and be a trustworthy advisor providing genuine, practical and commercial solutions.

Elaine holds a law degree and has spent time at a leading US law firm. Prior to joining CKG, Elaine worked at international legal search firms in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
