Kunal was born and raised in Hong Kong and exclusively works for the Private Practice team in our Hong Kong office. He specialises in the recruitment of lawyers at all levels in various practice areas.
 
Kunal has successfully made placements with top-tier firms and is recognised as one of the leading consultants in placing lawyers to top US Wall Street firms. He forms extremely long lasting and valued relationships, providing in-depth market advice and intelligence which enables his candidates & clients to stay ahead of the market.
 
Before joining Carlyle Kingswood Global, Kunal was a Senior Consultant with a long-established legal recruitment consultancy in Asia. He has extensive experience working with leading US, Magic Circle/Silver Circle, Offshore and international law firms and has worked in the recruitment industry in Hong Kong since 2011.
