Steven is a Director within the Carlyle Kingswood Global Private Practice search team and works predominantly with our domestic Australian law firm clients.

Steven assists our clients with the acquisition of lateral Partners and Practice Groups as well as the identification of merger opportunities across all of Australia. In addition, Steven is retained to assist with the search for senior law firm management.

With a career in legal search spanning 15 years, Steven has been able to successfully develop a network of relationships across the market, giving law firms access to key talent and providing lawyers with discrete access to opportunities within this network.

Examples of his recent work include the below:

- Combination of two Australian law firms to create 106 partner firm
- Merger to facilitate the move of a significant Victorian firm into the Sydney market
- Funds/M&A partner moving from international law firm to leading national law firm in Sydney
- Recognised ECM Partner moving from international firm to leading national law firm in Sydney
