​Bruce Macaulay is a Director in our Private Practice accounting team in Sydney. He has over 20 years recruitment industry experience specialising in professional services accounting recruitment for the last 15 years.

He has worked with firms throughout Australia, ranging from the Top 4 and mid-tiers to boutique practices including numerous partner and director level hires. Bruce has also assisted growing firms with identifying and completing merger opportunities.

His areas of expertise are focused on senior level roles within business services, audit and tax as well as forensic accounting, transactions and restructuring.
